Cancellation for Any Reason Policy

Cancel more than 14 days prior to departure will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancel more than 7 days prior to departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Failure to board or cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.

Please consider to buy “Cancel for Any Reason” travel insurance if you need completely coverage.  Trip cancellation insurance can reimburse you the money you lose in prepaid deposits that are non-refundable.

Attraction or show tickets cannot cancel and refund after the confirmation. However, the customer can change information such as name, date and number of passenger by contacting us at info@travelwisechiangmai.com during the office hours at least 5 days in advance.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@travelwisechiangmai.com

When tours or services are purchased from Travelwise Chiang Mai using a credit or debit card, and a refund is necessary, the refund should be credited to the original card used for that purchase.  In case of credit card/Paypal surcharges, the amount will be added to the above-mentioned fee.
